Prior to listing the property the church was tuckpointed, the gutters were replaced and new downspouts were added, drainage was addressed, the roof on the rectory was repaired, and new downspouts, and gutters added. The seller would like to sell this property with the school next door (circa 1960) with 20,0926 sq ft, 6 classrooms + library, commercial kitchen, cafeteria, large gym, office.
